faster more economically than 2D designs. Through backward integration, IBIMs provides, as deemed

necessary, engineering design for different projects types and across various engineering disciplines with

B. CONSTRUCTABILITY AND CLASH CONTROL WORKFLOWIBIMs provides cost-effective and high quality coordination between different project disciplines and

clash control services in terms of clash detection and advising on optimal resolutions; reducing the amount

of change orders. Based on Navisworks Clash Detection; the Coordination Summary involves the all the

clashes incurred, exact location of the Clash and the optimal solution for the clash.

C. 4D/ 5D BIM PLANNING & COST ESTIMATION IBIMs provides 4D-BIM (four-dimensional building information modelling) that is used for construction

site planning related activities. The fourth dimension of BIM allows participants to extract and visualize

the progress of their activities through the lifetime of the project.

5D-BIM (fifth-dimensional building information modelling) is used for budget tracking and cost analysis

related activities. The fifth dimension of BIM associated with 3D and 4D (Time) allows participants to
