LMS Update Methodology
• LMS Revisions CommiFee meets once a month
• Climate change and sea level rise have not been addressed in earlier updates
• Revisions commiFee sought to integrate this into the new LMS
• Not all communi(es will be affected by sea level rise, our point system rates both flooding and sea level rise projects on an equal scale
• The goal is to be adaptable and flexible
4.1.2 Community Benefit
• 4.1.2.1 -‐ Flood Mi-ga-on – Does the proposed project or ini-a-ve mi-gate against flooding and/or sea level rise? – Flood Mi(ga(on -‐ Points Awarded (maximum 5) • Flood Damage Reduc(on 5 • Mapping and Regulatory 4 • Flood Preparedness 3 • Public Informa(on 2 • Other 1
