CODE: At least one wall-switch controlled light must be provided in the kitchen and bath. Switch must be placed at the entrance.

CODE: All light fixtures installed within tub and shower spaces should be rated and marked “suitable for damp/wet locations”.
Switches shall not be installed within wet locations in tub or shower spaces or within reach while standing in the tub or shower unless installed as part of the listed tub or shower assembly.
CODE: Hanging fixtures [such as chandeliers over tubs] cannot be located within a zone of 3 feet horizontally and 8 feet vertically from the top of the bathtub rim or shower stall threshold.
