Intach, in collaboration with Xpress Minds Edutainment, conducted the Largest Ever Inter School Quiz in India held including all State and UT Capitals, which was held at India International Centre at Max Muller Marg, New Delhi on 31 st August 2015. The focus of quiz was onIndian Culture and heritage. The event was organized by Xpress minds. It was India’s largest ever quiz contest spanning 100+ cities across the length and breadth of the country. The event had no entry fee and was open to students from classes VII to X. G.D.Goenka Public School, Sarita Vihar was on board for the Intach quiz 2015! The students who participated in the quiz were RADHACHARAN & RISHABH MISHRA of class VII.They were accompanied by school teacher Ms. Sargam Tandon. They were trained under the ableguidance of the Social Science teacher Ms. Shalini Jain. The students underwent a Delhi written test round in their respective teams, winning out of which they would have had to progress for Delhi NCR Zonal Final, if they had qualified for the same. The quiz was hosted by Mr. Kunal Savarkar, architect and quiz master.Most of the quizheld focus on General Knowledge but this was an eye opener to India’s rich Culture and Heritage.The idea was to create the correct awareness and the message taken home was very relevant for our school team members.

There were about 400+ participants from 70 Schools and 80 teams all over Delhi NCR took part in written round and there were questions open for the audience too, for all who won, the INTACH Newsletter was given as a prize.
The participation certificate was awarded to both the participants from INTACH.
