Discontinuous panel production for polyurethane-filled panels includes insulated wall and roof building panels, garage doors, entry doors, and refrigeration cooler panels. Single or multi-cavity presses are capable of handling panels from 2” (50 mm) to 10” (250 mm) thick, up to 48” (1220 mm) wide and up to 48 (14.6 m) feet long. Bradbury can meet each customer’s production requirements and budget. Discontinuous presses include heated and cooled platens and are built to withstand the high pressures of the foaming process. Complete systems include tooled molds with press loading/unloading components and chemical supply.
