Sensepoint XCD RFD (Remote Flammable Detector)

Sensepoint XCD RFD (Remote Flammable Detector) has beenspecifically designed for use with remotely mounted flammable gassensors. This configuration is ideal for applications where the sensor isrequired to be mounted remotely from the transmitter in areas wheretemperatures are well above ambient (up to 150°C/302°F), or that aredifficult to access. The transmitter can be mounted at a suitable locationaway from this area where it is easy to access, view its display andinteract with via the user interface.

Sensepoint XCD RFD is suitable for use with several HoneywellAnalytics’ sensors; the Sensepoint XCD catalytic bead and infrared typeplug-in sensors and the Sensepoint standard and high temperaturesensors. These sensors can be mounted up to 30 metres (100 feet)away from the transmitter thereby accommodating even the mostremote and inaccessible applications. The gas range is user adjustableat the transmitter from 0-100%LEL down to 0-20%LEL.

Sensepoint XCD RTD (Remote Toxic Detector) has been specificallydesigned for use with the Honeywell Analytics' range of Sensepoint toxicand Oxygen sensors. This configuration is ideal for a wide range of toxicand Oxygen gas detection applications. The sensor can be mounted upto 30 metres (100 feet) away from the transmitter in areas that aredifficult to access. The transmitter can be mounted at a suitable locationaway from this area where it is easy to access, view its display andinteract with via the user interface.

System 57 Controller

Touchpoint 1 Controller

The Touchpoint 1 Controller when used with any one of the Sensepoint range ofgas detectors provides 24 hour protection from flammable, toxic or Oxygen gashazards. With executive outputs to shutdown process equipment or drive warningdevices, the Touchpoint 1 is ideal for continuous monitoring of small remote siteswhere it is inappropriate or costly to monitor the area from a central location.

AC and/or DC driven, the Touchpoint 1 includes built-in audiovisual alarms, twoprogrammable alarm relays and a system fault relay as well as an isolated 4-20mA output proportional to the input from the field device. The system is fully userprogrammable via the ultra-clear backlit LCD and intuitive menu system. Forexample, relays may be configured as ‘non-atching’ (default is ‘latching’) so thatoutputs clear automatically on remote unmanned sites. Buttons used forconfiguration are hidden behind an access panel to prevent tampering. A singlebutton is available to all users on the front of the controller to perform a simpleself-test or to reset alarms if needed.

Touchpoint 4 Controller

The Touchpoint 4 controller provides protection of personnel and plant fromflammable, toxic and Oxygen gas hazards when used with up to four Sensepointgas detectors. Self-contained, fully user configurable and wall mounted, aTouchpoint 4 gas detection system can monitor gas hazards in a large area orseveral discrete locations from a convenient central site.

Input modules are available for use with 4-20 mA and mV type gas detectors.Each channel includes a backlit display detailing gas type, measuring range,actual gas reading in both numeric and bar graph format as well as alarm status.Two user programmable alarm relays and a repeated 4 -20 mA signalproportional to the gas level monitored are included per channel.

Unipoint Controller

Two versions of Unipoint are available; one for mV bridge, catalytic bead type,flammable gas detector and the other for any 2 or 3 wire 4-20 mA type gasdetector. Each Unipoint is easily installed onto the DIN rail via a special socket(provided) that also interconnects power to adjacent units. With removableterminal connectors, individual Unipoint controllers can be easily changed withoutdisturbing other devices.
