• A bomb on the back of your bike

• Constantly texting message while on the road driving at less risky two wheeler.



• Driving right into the path of another driver.

• When passing or following or most situations other than parking, keeping buffer areas between the cars as close to a car as one wants as long as it's not actually touching.

• Pedestrians walk right in front of a car doing 100 KPH without thinking twice.

• Cows are the boss. They go anywhere they want, whenever they want.



• Condition of roads is equivalent to the surface on the Mars.

• Buses are machines developed to prowl city streets and destroy anything in their path, or to even hunt down and eliminate smaller vehicles.

• City roads are usually narrow, potholed and poorly signposted.

• The biggest challenge for expats will be dealing with local drivers who don't pay much attention to road rules.

• When driving to a small town or rural village, roads will be too narrow for two lanes. Therefore, traffic coming in the other direction will have to travel on the same path as you. When a car is coming towards you, move to the LEFT so that you are only taking up half the road. It's ok if the left side of your car isn't on the road anymore. The guy coming towards you will do the same thing on his left side. After you have passed each other, come back onto the road.

• Remember that in case of an accident, if the situation gets out of hand then call the cops immediately. This will save you from getting a beating from the public. In case of an accident public involvement will surely happen and the guy with a smaller vehicle will get the sympathy. Avoid any such pandemonium and try to settle things quickly.
