IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR B. A. LL. B. (HONS.) CANDIDATES FOR ADMISSION

TO NLIU, BHOPAL FOR THE ACADEMIC SESSION 2012-13:

1) The Merit List is available on CLAT- 2012 website: www.clat.ac.in. 2) The offer of admission by the CLAT – 2012 for NLIU, Bhopal is provisional and does not

create any right to admission in favour of the candidate. NLIU, Bhopal shall not be responsible for any expenditure made by the candidate on travel etc.

3) Keeping the convenience of the candidates in mind and to avoid their travel to Bhopal, it has

been decided that the candidates must deposit their respective fee amount as given below latest by 4:00 p.m. on 9th June 2012 through NEFT/RTGS Only as per the following details:

In case a candidate fails to deposit the full fee, as mentioned above, applicable to him/her, it shall be conclusive presumed that he/she is not interested in taking admission to NLIU Bhopal. Consequently, CLAT -2012 offer for admission shall stand automatically withdrawn and his/her seat shall be treated as vacant and this vacant seat will be offered to the candidate next in merit, and no request shall be entertained by us in this regard.

4) Candidates must report in person on 28th June, 2012 between 09:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m. or on

29th June, 2012 between 09:00 a.m. to 01:30 p.m. with the following documents: 1. 10th Mark Sheet Original & Photocopy 2. 12th Mark Sheet Original & Photocopy 3. Seven copies of recent color passport size photographs in white shirt, black tie and

black coat with red Background as this photograph will be used for printing on the marksheets of the student of NLIU, Bhopal.

For NRI / NRI Sponsored candidates for B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) Course in addition to the documents mentioned in serial number (1) to (9) above following documents must be submitted at the time of admission:

� Certificate of Relationship with the Sponsor to meet the requirements of M.P. Admission (Reservation to Non Resident Indian) Regulation, 2009.

� Affidavit of Sponsorship. � Certificate of NRI of the Sponsor issued by the competent authority. � Copy of Passport of the sponsor.

5) Candidates must also bring with them, all the original fee receipt paid at any National Law

University in case reshuffling. 6) Candidates residing in Bhopal will not be allotted hostel. However after close of the admission,

if there is any vacancy in the hostel such candidates may be provided the hostel facility according to CLAT Rank.
