    1. Setting of IP address on your Laptop

    1.1 Right Click on

    icon of Local Area

    Connection (LAN)

    1.2 Click on Properties

    1.3 Go to Internet

    Protocol (TCP/IP)

    then clickProperties

    3. Type in your user name and password to Login

    Username: admin

    4. To Search for a NE (Network Element), click NE Search

    5. To Login into the NE

    5.1 Highlight the NE you want to login

    (with color )8. To install the cards, right click on the board then pressed ADD

    10. Configuring NE attribute Site Name

    10.1 Highlight NE

    Attribute10.2 Double click

    box under NAME

    and type SITE

    NAME. Then click

    apply and query.

    NE ID and a dialog

    box will appear.

    10.4 Type Site ID

    based on plan

    assigned by TNP.

    NOTE: ID is aunique number.

    enter the new ID

    warning sign willappear. Click OK.

    10.8 Click Delete NE to register

    the NEW NE with modified ID

    10.7 Ensure the right NE to be deleted

    is highlighted before you go on process

    of deleting.

    11. NE Cross-Connection Configuration

    11.1 Highlight the NE Name

    11.2 Scroll down the Configuration Menu

    11.3 Click Cross-Connection Configuration.

    11.5e Choose available IF or PH board and available slot installed as your DESTINATION.

    11.5f Select your desired timeslot range for SINK (example: 1, 2, . . 8 . . 16; 1-8; or 1-16)
