• Informing the network about the appointed delegates and delegation;
• Creating a discussion group for the appointed delegation and moderating the discussion in order to ensure good level of preparation for the delegation;
• Contacting the institutions in order to provide the delegates with the needed materials and permissions;
• After the session providing the delegation with information about reporting;
• Making sure that the report is sent and helping out if needed;
• Publishing the report of the delegation;• Follow up in terms of contacts established by
the delegation during the meeting.

Task description of the Delegates
• Represent ELSA International in a professional manner;
• Be academically well-prepared;
• Observe the proceedings of the event, attend all meetings and prepare working materials if requested;
• Carry out legal research in the framework of the events on the legal topics;
• Distribute revised editions of relevant ELSA materials to other delegations and organizations;

•Inform ELSA International in advance of any official positions of statements the Delegation wishes to make;
• Attend briefings and meetings organized by the Head of Delegation and report all activities carried out;
• Forward all the contacts made during the event to ELSA International to ensure that the Network can benefit from them;
• Give feedback to ELSA by a. Submitting a survey to ELSA
International within a two weeks after the end of the event;
b. Being available to give a presentation to requesting Local Groups in the applicant's country.
