Street covering Internet related stocks.

Angeles Times, CBS MarketWatch and

INDUSTRY SPECIFIC TARGETING…we offer 13 different industry specific financial websites to help you
discover new shareholders.
The Private Equity Stock Review was
launched in January of 2009. It covers
what in essence are publicly traded, well
known hedge funds, such as the Fortress
Group and the Blackstone Group .
6 months after launching, the average
gain of 5 stocks covered in the review
gained 48%. While the Private Equity
Review doesn’t have the largest
subscriber base, it easily has the
wealthiest in the country.
All 843 subscribers came from either the
venture capital or hedge fund industry and
they collectively manage billions of
dollars.
Three of our most popular and long standing newsletters are the Biotech Stock Review covering
medical technology (6000 subscribers), the Hollywood Stock Review covering the entertainment
industry (3800 subscribers) and the VOIP Stock Review which provides coverage for wireless
phone technology (1800 subscribers) .
One of our newest and most popular
newsletters is Institutional Analyst’s
Special Situation Research.
Launched in February of 2009, it is our
first newsletter which specializes in
ferreting investment ideas, regardless of
the industry.
The ideas come from many of the nation’s
most successful portfolio and hedge fund
managers. All price ranges and market
capitalizations are considered.
Shortly after its launch, the average
company gain was in excess of 60%.

Easily destined to be our most popular
newsletter, the National Stock Review
covers Wall Street’s Best Performing
stocks.
The National Stock Review is all about
winners. It's about the top performing
stocks. It's about stocks hitting their stride.
By definition, it's all about the next 10
baggers !
Each weekend both the website and the
newsletter are updated to reflect what the
Top 10 Performing Stocks from the prior
week on Wall Street are.
While the companies aren’t selected by
our research staff, the newsletter is
subscribed to by “momentum” investors
who understand some of the best
performing companies on Wall Street are
often the companies which have already
been among the best performers.

Also new in 2009 is Institutional Analyst’s
Gold & Silver Stock Review.
As a hedge in turbulent markets, the
newsletter picked up 582 subscribers in
its very first week.
Similar to the National Stock Review, the
newsletter is attracting subscribers by
reporting on the Top 10 Performing Gold
& Silver Stocks and is also updated every
weekend.
The Gold & Silver Stock Review is an
ideal place for junior mining companies to
advertise to Wall Street investors who are
interested in Gold companies, but who do
not have extensive experience in the
group.

The VOIP Stock Review is for investors
who are interested in companies which
provide goods or services related to the
telecommunications industry.
News feeds related to the industry come
from CNBC, Seeking Alpha, Venture
Beat, Zdnet, Webware and Walter
Mossberg.

Four very specialized sites we manage are the Flu Stock Review for the annual pilgrimage to flu
related stocks, the Organic Investor for investors interested in the rapidly growing organic and
health food industry, the Entertainment Sports Report and Vicious Short Seller which provides
coverage on the nations most famous and top ranked bears.
The Daily Tech Trader is an extremely
popular website designed for short term
trading opportunities.
We describe this as a “feeder site” which
means the audience is directed there by
third parties, sometimes numerous third
parties.
The site is designed to hold company
specific related news and links.
Only two companies have been
highlighted here since its launch. The first
gained 200%. The second gained 450%.
This site is ideal for companies
undergoing significant corporate events.
Institutional Analyst manages Blank Check Capital which is an advisory firm for alternative
methods for going public. Blank Check Capital recently completed Wall Street's first Ultra Mini
Blank Check offering. The Chicago Stock Bond & Futures Association of which Mr. Perry is
Chairman and for Chicago financial professionals (3800 members). New to the Street is for
market makers and reverse merger specialists.
Partner sites: The Ames Report (26,000 subscribers). Institutional Investor Relations of Chicago
(30,000 subscribers). Marketfield Advisors (17,000 subscribers).
The cornerstone of Institutional Analyst IR
activities is its research reports.
Any report can be branded with an industry
specific name and distributed to our internal
industry specific databases.
We also have access to external
databases, so we can send the Biotech
Stock Review to Biotech mutual fund
managers, as an example.
