Carmel to the left of the main altar. Please join us. Oratory men's and women's groups have been started to work together for the benefit and development of the community at the Oratory. If you are not already a member, please consider joining one of these groups. Benefits: To fortify the family spirit of prayer as a community, the men's and women's groups each recite a litany together each month. The men's group recites the Litany of St. Joseph. The wom- en's group recites the Litany of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Members will be invited as guests to an annual dinner prepared and served by the priests and members of the Oratory community. The groups will be under the direction of the priests, and the First Friday Mass will be offered for the intentions of members’ families every month. All men and women ages 18 and older are encour- aged to join. Holy Water is available in the vestibule on every Sunday. Please feel free to refill your empty holy water bottle. Tourney Drive, San Jose 95131 (ten minutes from the Five Wounds

Church). If it rains, regular coffee hour with potluck foods at the

church rectory.

Monday, February 16: Low Mass at 12:15 p.m. followed by Ado-

ration and Benediction.

Tuesday, February 17: Low Mass at 12:15 p.m. followed by Ado-

ration and Benediction.

Wednesday, February 18: Ash Wednesday. Fasting and Absti-

nence Are Required. Low Mass at 12:15 p.m.

Saturday, February 28: Catechism class at 5:30 p.m. New students

and parents are welcome.

Catechism classes for children up to

age 18 are held twice a month on the

second and fourth Saturdays. A short

class on the liturgy for all attendees

will be followed by separate classes for

children seven and under and for chil-

dren eight to eighteen. Parents are wel-

come.
