The SYSTIMAX® InstaPATCH® Plus System features a high-density, factoryterminated, factory tested, modular fiber connectivity solution that allowsinstallers to simply and quickly connect system components together. Thismodular system approach enables 96 fibers to be ready for service in thetime it takes to make a single fiber connection with traditional systems.

Developed by CommScope Labs, the InstaPATCH Plus System is designed to supportlocations, such as data centers, that require high-density, rapid deployment and highperformance. The InstaPATCH Plus System incorporates SYSTIMAX LazrSPEED® multimode,OptiSPEED® multimode and TeraSPEED® single-mode fiber technologies to support today’smost demanding applications, while allowing easy migration to the next generation technology.

The InstaPATCH Plus System utilizes one common module, common fanouts, standardfiber patch cords and retains the full benefits of easy installation and systemadministration, while maintaining a future upgrade path to parallel connectivity. No specialpolarity components are required. Moreover, the InstaPATCH Plus System features animproved labeling system that is accurate and logical when positioned in four orientations,affording more flexibility in design, installation and application. The InstaPATCH PlusSystem is protected by the industryleading SYSTIMAX SCS 20-year Extended ProductWarranty and Application Assurance.

InstaPATCH MPO Modules utilize integrated dust covers. All connector keying facesoutwards for easy access. Each DM2 module has a dual polarity labelling scheme, toallow the use of a single module for each end of channel

The InstaPATCH-IPD trunk cables feature a round cable construction which eliminates bend sensitivity allowing for easy routing and are offered in 12-, 24-,48-, 72-, 96- and 144-fibers. The cables are constructed with multiple subunits, each with 12 fibers and is terminated on both ends with MPO connectors.

All IPD cables can be ordered with or without a pulling eye and with or without a cable gland.

Reusable Pulling Grip KitsThe innovative re-usable pulling grip kit allows non-armored trunk cables to be ordered without pulling grips. Each grip can bereused up to ten times, reducing the total cost of installation. Pulling grips include color coded labels for easy size recognition.

Universal Mounting BracketThe InstaPATCH Plus universal mounting bracket extends application flexibility of the InstaPATCH modules, offersoptions for wall-mount, rack-mount and cabinet-mount. The UMB bracket is individually packed with the mountingscrews (included) and can mount either one or up to three modules or MPO panels into a 19" rack. Using optional#10 screws (not included), the bracket can be attached to a wall or ceiling in either horizontal or vertical orientation.
