1. To obtain the start signal from the machine, it is

necessary to install a connecting cable. For that

purpose the user panel has to be opened

3. Drill a hole at the backside of the user panel so that

the connecting cable can be introduced.

4. Fix the socket of the connecting cable.

5. Soldering the connecting cable on the motherboard(1).

7. Place the cable in a way that the user panel can

be closed.

8. Close the user panel.

9. Position the mounting rail at the frame as shown.

10. Fix the mounting rail at the frame with the screws.

11. Fix all screws.

12. Position the frame with the installed mounting rail at

the pantograph rail.

13. Control the correct position of the frame. It should lie

on the machine table.

14. Make fine tuning of the mounting rail fixation if

necessary. Make use of the “variable” holes in the

mounting rail.

15. Fix the frame when it is in the right position.

17. Prepare the AFS-cable box with adhesive material.

18. Fix the AFS-cable box on the machine.

19. Connect the 9-pin-cable from the frame to the

AFS-cable box.

20. Connect the cable from the user panel (start box) to

the AFS-cable box.

21. Introduce the E-ZEE-preframes.

22. Pull the E-ZEE-preframes through the rear part of the

frame.

23. Connect the docking station with the AFS-cable

station.

24. Fix the docking station with adhesive material right

behind the pantograph maintaining a distance of few

millimetres.
