Seal and Test = 1 O-ring Per cover Zurn = 4 3/8"x 1 1/4" bolts Watts = 3 5/16x1 1/2" bolts Smith = 3 5/16 x 1 1/4" bolts Zurn = 4 3/8" washers Watts = 3 5/16 washers Smith = 3 5/16 washers 1. Remove from package and check to be sure you have all the parts needed. Count out o-rings, bolts and washers See drawing #1 2. Ensure the o-ring is secure in the indicated groove for a water tight seal. 3. Place the bolts and washers through the holes in the cover. See drawing #2 4. Securely line the bolt holes up with on the cover and the drain. Ensure that your O-ring is seated properly. 5. 1. Remove from package and check to be sure you have allthe parts needed. Count out o-rings, bolts and washers See drawing #1
2. Ensure the o-ring is secure in the indicated groove for awater tight seal.
3. Place the bolts and washers through the holes in the cover. See drawing #2
4. Securely line the bolt holes up with on the cover and thedrain. Ensure that your O-ring is seated properly.
5. Tighten the bolts to 40lbs of torque
