A-M Gutter Guard Installation Instructions TOOLS REQUIRED: Zip Screws -½ inch (not included) Drill or Screwdriver to match zip screws Tin Snips 1. Clean and flush existing gutters and downspouts, reinforce if necessary. 2. Snap in gutter, right side up (refer to photo A) 1/8 inch from gutter end cap. 3. Zip screw every 24 inches on outer edge of gutter (screws not required for every hole in guard). Metal roofs & high wind areas require to be zip screwed both into facia board on back and also on front of guard. 4. Snap in next A-M Gutter Guard overlapping 1 inch and zip screw front and back of overlapped, securing overlapped guards (back flange has no predrilled holes). 5. Continue to the end of gutter or miter corner. See instructions below for miter. 6. All inside corners and concentrated areas require splash guards (refer to photo 3-A).
