INSTALLATION1.Go to the menu Modules → Modules of your PrestaShop

2.Click on Add a new module (on the top right corner)

3.Click on Choose a file

4.Select the lgekomiorders.zip file

5.Click on Upload this module

6.Find the following module: Total eKomi – Seal, Ratings, Comments and Snippets

7.Click on Install

8.Click on Configure

FRONT-OFFICECONFIGURATION

1.Enter the email address provided by eKomi (the one you use to log in to your ekomi account)

It must use this format: ______@connect.ekomi.de

2.Paste the code of the eKomi widget for the store reviews

The code looks like the one below and is available on your eKomiaccount (see next page)

Log in to your account on the page www.ekomi-us.com/login.phpand go to the menu Installation → Create widget

3.Display or hide the eKomi seal on the front-end

Example:

To move the widget on the front-office, go to the menuModules → Positions → Run Live Edit

4.Paste the URL of the eKomi API for the product reviews

The code looks like the one below and is available on your eKomiaccounthttp://api.ekomi.de/get_productfeedback.php?interface_id=[YOUR_ID]&interface_pw=[YOUR_PASSWORD]&version=cust-1.0.0&type=csv

Important: you must suscribe to eKomi review services to be able to use this option

5.Display or hide the product reviews on the product pages

6.Display or hide the product reviews on Google search results(Google Rich Snippets)

7.Choose the colour of the rating stars on the product pages

8.Use the Cron URL to update automatically and on a regularbasis the reviews on the product sheets

4.1.You can execute the Cron manually copying/pasting theCron URL into the URL bar of your browser.

→ The browser will show a blank page and you will receive a confirmation at the indicatedemail

4.2.You can also execute the Cron automatically

→ To do so, we recommend you to download the free Crontab module for PrestaShop thatallows you to schedule tasks in order to execute them automatically and at a specific houror date. You just need to copy/paste the Cron url into this module.

SENDING ORDERSTO EKOMI

1.Validity of the orders (in days)

The module will send to eKomi only the orders that have been placed within the last Xdays, to prevent old customers from giving their opinion on old orders. We recommend youto set a minimum of 30 days.

2.Status of the orders

The module will send to eKomi only the orders with the selected orders in order to preventthe customers who have not paid yet from giving their opinion. You must select at leastone status.

3.Execute the Cron URL in order to update on a regular basisthe store reviews

3.1.You can execute the Cron manually copying/pasting theCron URL into the URL bar of your browser.

→ The browser will show a blank page and you will receive a confirmation at the indicatedemail

3.2.You can also execute the Cron automatically

CSV GENERATOR This feature should be used when you start using eKomi services for the 1st timeand you have to send them manually the list of your old orders.

1.Validity of orders (in days)

The module includes into the CSV file only the orders that have been placed within the lastX days, to prevent old customers from giving their opinion on old orders. We recommendyou to set a minimum of 120 days.

2.Tick the option Don't repeat customers so that eKomi do notask several times the same customer to give his opinion

3.Status of the orders

The module includes into the CSV file only the orders with the selected orders in order toprevent the customers who have not paid yet from giving their opinion. You must select atleast one status.

4.Then click on Generate CSV and send them to eKomi
