INSTALL ORACLE SOLARIS 11.2 USING GUI

Introduction

This document describe steps to install only Solaris 11.2 Operating system.

The below screenshot describe steps how to install oracle Solaris 11.2 Using GUI Step by Step:-

Loading the ISO Image : -


Choose the language change it, default is English

Keyboard language, default English : -


Now after the black screen new screen will be opened with 3 option choose GParted Partition the below

screen will be opened.


Choose the H.D.D from the below Screen:-


Now Create New Partition like the below:-


New Screen will show up for the size and File system label.


The Final Result: -


Apply all the operation like the below :-


Now Press on Install Oracle Solaris:-


Choose local disk :-


Choose the partition and file system type one solaris2 should be exists.


Adjust Time & Date.


Put Username & Password.


Configure Oracle Support Email.


Summary Page.


Installation started.


Reboot

Done Login Page.
