This also applies to defective or faulty products. The licence is valid for one calendar year and is automatically renewed for one year at a time, unless the licensee or member of INSTA-CERT gives at least three months’ notice to the contrary. The licence will be re-issued with an amended date and version number only if the content and/or conditions of the licence have been changed. The licence is not transferable.
