First started on October 14, 2015,

our activities are designed basing

on sustainable change including five

periods of exploration:

Our Mission• Supporting young people in self-exploration journey by introducing

life-coaching tool

• Bringing sustanable changes in mindset and actions of Vietnamese

youth

• Introducing coaching skills and encouraging its application among the

youth. Developing a coaching culture in Vietnam in the long run

• Creating an open and warm environemnt for Vietnamese young

people to share, to inspire and be inspired



Goal: To create an environment for young people to start critical thinking about their interested topics To introduce life-coaching as a tool to solve personal problems, bring participants opportunities to experience coaching

Projected result: After coaching session, participants are expected to better understand their problem (the workshop topic). From this, they will start a short-term plan to solve that problem with Inspiring Circle’s support.

*Note: Before coaching session, participants will be informed about coaching principles and be prepared to set reasonable expectation for their plan. For specially serious problems, they are encouraged to talk with psychology doctors.

Goal: Encouraging more people to know about coaching, creating an environment to practice coaching, connecting people and ideas

Projected result: Creating a small, regular event for people with shared concerns to open up about their stories, to discuss and together find available solutions

The activities follow a chain of main topics. For example: The first topic is “Self Perception”

Coaching Course

Goal: In the long term, we hope to organize a Life-Coaching Course for people who have passion and potential to become coach. Projected Result: After the course, project continues accepting attendees to participate as intern coach so that they can practice coaching and spreading coaching culture

Part 2: ONLINE ACTIVITIES

Online Coaching Cafe

A forum for members to raise questions/ topics and receive questions, sharing from experts and other members

(1) You tell – I draw

From the source of stories, sharings from email box, IC uses art forms to deliver messages as we receive.

Goal: To spread values, thoughts of young Vietnamese, raising their voices

(2) Inspiring stories

IC shares inspiring stories, motivating articles, diary videos of daily changes of attendees after personal plan. (videos are publicized under the permission of attendees)

(3) 7dayschallenge project

IC creates a campaign for participants to commit a small change during 7 days. Participants choose a small thing they want to change and commit to complete it during 7 days. They then update a status stating their participation in the campaign, hashtaging the campaign and friends/ relatives – peole they want to do the challenge with.



ORGANIZERWe are young Vietnamese who desire to bring about deep personal development through the use of life-coaching. Inspring Circle originiates from the first-prize idea in the competition for youth-led initiatives held by Oxfam and Center for Sustanable Development Center (CSDS). Young@Heart Program is a global initiative of Oxfam which aims to ensure that youth have the capabilities to openly, freely and effectively use their energy, skills and creativity to influence structures and effect behaviors to assert their rights. What you will do

• Overlooking and consulting on the project’s road map

• Providing knowledge on advisors’ specific expertise

• Cooperating with project organizers on planning agenda for events via email/ Skype if necessary

• Bringing Inspiring Circle messages to more people

What you will do

• Lead conductor at actual events (workshop/ coaching cafe), including coaching session Time expected: 3 hours
