If you are looking for the latest in conference innovation, Mantra Epping has facilities for everyone. The hotel caters for all event types, including board meetings in stylish boardrooms, to conferences, events or weddings for up to 500 attendees in the Ballroom.

Whatever your requirement, the on-site team can tailor the venue to suit your event, with a sophisticated personalised touch.

The BallroomThe pillarless Ballroom features floor to ceiling windows, offering ample natural light as well as controlled lighting. Overlooking the Edgars Creek Parkland, the room offers the flexibility to be used in its full capacity for large events, seating up to 280 guests banquet-style or 500 guests cocktail-style.

The room can also be split into 3 separate venues for smaller events, each with the capacity for up to 90 guests banquet-style or 150 cocktail-style. Function rooms can also be combined to create a larger space, catering for up to 200 guests banquet-style or 300 cocktail-style.

BoardroomsThe hotel offers two Boardrooms overlooking the beautiful parklands and the local Epping precinct. These rooms can accommodate for up to 8 attendees and are perfect for intimate executive meetings, or can be used as a space to get out of the office to focus and spark your creative side.
