SPC range of pigment dispersions is a cost effective and flexible way for the production of master-batch and compound that meets all possible coloristic requirements.
Our SPC are basically designed for produc-ers of master-batches, working through mo-no-screw or twin-screw extruders, and pro-ducers of coloured compounds for injection moulding and blow moulding, film, fibres, pro-files, cables, pipes and many other applica-tions where a very high standard of dispersion is required.
The ranges of our dispersions are available in granular form and in powder form. We can also develop dispersions under customer’s specific requirement.
We are also specialized in SPC for PP fibres colouring, where we have got a great experi-ence in dispersion of a wide range of high per-formance pigments. We are even specialized in SPC for colouring either synthetic or natural rubber.
For particular plastics and applications it is an advantage to use SPC instead of the pure pig-ments This is especially true if very thin-sec-tion products have to be coloured, if a very high standard of dispersion is required, if the conditions must be dust-free or if the pigment is to be metered automatically.

Our Chesir Natural Mica Pearlescent Pigment is made from natural mica powder coat-ed with titanium dioxide, ferric oxide and (or) other metal oxide. It presents rainbow color based on the multiple reflection and refraction of light shinning at the surface. It shows a variety of interference color according to the thickness of titanium dioxide or other metal oxide, giving a far-reaching, three-dimension and soft silky feeling, and being good at brilliant color design. It features in great pearl effect, low density, non-conductive, non magnetic, non toxic, and good chemical stability to light, heat, weather, acid and alkali. Thanks to the great chemical parameters and take envi-ronment-friendship into consideration, our Chesir Natural Mica Pearlescent Pigment is widely applied to powder coating, plastic coating, floor coating, leather coating, emulsion painting, industrial coating, artistic painting, coil coating and so on.

Metallic effect pigments outdated, bronzes are platelet-shaped, metallic pigments. The optical effect of these effect pigments based on orientation of the flakes par-allel to the surface of the surrounding system in which a directed reflection occurs. They are in the Colour Index under CI Pigment Metal listed. Metallic effect pigments are used for producing metallic effects in coatings , printing, plastics and cosmetics used. The economically most important aluminium.
A basic distinction between leafing and non-leafing pigments. In the former, the platelets are oriented according to the application in the coating film on the surface. This creates a strong metallic luster impression, which is however not smear and scratch-resistant. Applications include printing inks, reflective paints and aerosol paints , since the optical effect in these applications plays a prominent role. Brass pigments are basically leafing types.
Non-leafing pigments are evenly distributed in the film matrix after application. They are thus protected against abrasion and attack by chemicals, which on the other hand make them appear grey and substantially less metallic. They can be combined with colour pigments to produce coloured metallic effects. This is possible with leafing pigments only in small concentrations, since these cover the pigment pigments dis-tributed evenly in the paint by the concentration on the paint surface. Productdescription:
This series uses pigments which have been specifically developed to melt and be evenly distributed within the polymeres. The improved plate out means that it is possible to dye HDPE, MDPE, LDPE, PP, cPP and TUP at 280° without any problems. The specially developed carrier is based on a modified polyester resin technology. This guarantees a high temperature stability with low migration and plate out. When stored in normal and dry conditions, the pigments will not lose any of their technical or colour features, even after a number of years.

All our photoluminescent pigments are based on strontium aluminate, they are non-toxic,harmless and non-radioactive. Compared to the traditional Zinc Sulfide photoluminescent pigments, the luminosity strontiumaluminate pigments is at least 10 times as higher as it and the afterglow time is also at least 10 times as longer as it. Our photoluminescent pigments can be added into many different transparent medi-um, such as ink, paint, plastic, ceramic, glass, etc.
Plastics additives often contain metal ions. Sometimes the plastics formula itself already contains metal ions to achie-ve better flow properties. Some metal ions can cause change in the colour sharpness of fluorescent pigments and plastics. This is a result of ion complexation with the fluorescent pigment components.
The most common metallic lubricants are zinc salt and calcium salt.
Tests with additives containing both zinc and calcium showed that the colour of the fluorescent pigment changed as follows:
• Theintensityofcolourchangeisdirectlyproportionaltotheamountofaddedmetalcomponents.
• Inpinkandmagentaformulaszincandcalciumhavevaryingeffectsontheshadeofcolour.
• IngeneralzinccausesablueshiftwithreducedUVfluorescence,whilecalciumcausesayellowshiftwithout
affectingUVfluorescence.
• Yellowshadesare,ingeneral,lesssensitivetochange.
• Theseeffectsarestrongerwithahigherprocessingtemperature.
• Inequivalentformulas,whicharepreparedwithdifferenttypesofplastic,theeffectscanbedifferent.
• Differenttypesofpigmentscausedifferenteffects.
Metal-free lubricants, such as polyethylene homopolymers and modified waxes, hardly change the brightness and shade of the fluorescent pigments. They are more inert. It is possible that resin-based fluorescent plastic pigments containing residue from unreactive acid groups will react with fillers, such as calcite and dolomite (especially under high temperatures) through the release of Ca++ or Mg++ ions, which for their part cause the fluorescent components to complex, which leads to fluorescence quenching.
Through fluorescence quenching iron ions also react with fluorescent pigments. It is recommended to thoroughly examine each additive added to a fluorescent plastics system; whether it will influence the brightness and shade, especially when the additive contains a metal ion.

Optical brighteners need for their action ultraviolet radiation . Especially with strong sun and clear blue sky in the open or under suitable artificial lighting (with a high UV percentage) the White acts then white. Fluorescence is the cause of the whitening effect of the optical brightener. These are substances from the invisible ultraviolet (at 290-400 nm) absorbing and most of the absorbed energy in the visible light after intramolecular interlude emit.
