• We strive to meet with all students by the 5th week of classes to introduce ourselves and learn more about them

• We work with First Year Seminar faculty who teach classes within learning cohorts

• We train upper-class students to support the academic and social transitions students can face at Wheelock

• We are available outside of required appointments to meet with students about any concerns or questions they have

• We collaborate with other support offices to address academic concerns
