Summer was lovely, but the seasonal change to autumn also has its charm. Wearing dainty little dresses all the time eventually becomes boring, and so we look forward to something new. As the days grow shorter, cuddly fabrics and hot prints give us the urge to sit in front of the sewing machine again. We needn’t always be working on an entire out� t, though. Why not try sewing one of our ultra-fashionable collars – all quick to make, and suitable for jazzing up a ready-made top. Depending on your sewing-computer equipment, you can embellish your project with embroidery, cutwork or paintwork. We also have a very stylish collar variant for those of you without an embroidery module. In addition, we’ve got plenty of suggestions for those who’d prefer a spot of home redecoration. Whether it’s attractive little bits and bobs or larger projects, there’s something for everyone. And don’t forget that it will soon be Christmas again! different patterns, others jazz up their wardrobe with separates.

The original fabric is 65 per cent wool, and is warmer than you might think.

fabric make this blouse a sure-� re favourite. The long facing elongates the � gure.

A small slit on the cuff allows you to play with the sleeve length.

5717 TrousersOn international catwalks, we discovered

something which we fell for at once, and which makes these simple trousers the latest fashion
