Notes:Notes:Tenant was having issues with the plumbing to the area. Since the visit British Gas have attended. The basin to the area isnot filtering water properly and the tenants have stated that waste water sometimes comes up through the plug hole tothe shower. I would suggest looking at replacing the sealant around the bath as it is very discoloured and looking worn inplaces.

The guttering does need a good clean as there are items growing from it, see pictures. The fence to the lefthand side is collapsing due to the trail plant located in the neighbouring property.
