This document provides an overview of both the operational actions Anadarko has taken to shut in

3,000+ operated vertical wells and associated flowlines and equipment for inspection, as well as the

state regulatory authority’s Notice to Operators (NTO) that requires all operators to: 1) re-inspect any

existing flowline and/or pipeline located within 1,000 feet of a building unit, and 2) ensure and

document that all flowlines within 1,000 feet of a building unit have integrity.

Anadarko Action Status:

3,000+ Operated Vertical Wells in the DJ Basin are Shut In

No Vertical Well Will Be Restarted Until It Passes Inspection

NTO Status:

All Wells, Associated Infrastructure and Flowlines Will Be Inspected

We are Working to Comply with COGCC’s NTO of 5/2/17 by the prescribed completion dates for each phase
