About Us Inspection Services LLC has roots that stem back over 30 years and a solid history of providing quality assurance services while doing business as Independent Inspection Service INC. In 2015 Independ-ent Inspection Service INC was acquired by Job-Site Safety LTD. As a result of the acquisition, Independent Inspection Service INC ceased to exist and the new company, Inspection Services LLC, was estab-lished. Job-Site Safety LTD and Inspection Services LLC are separate brands that provide different but complimentary services. Both are managed and headquartered in Michigan City, IN.

Given the steady growth and reputable brand promise to provide quality services, Inspection Services LLC has since expanded its oper-ation to include construction management and inspection with a strong focus on safety. Offerings We provide all aspects of construction inspection and project management services, including:

Daily on-site presence and inspections to maintain project site is in compliance and in accordance to client project specifications

Confirm operation procedures and assist with quality and safety work

Coordinate and oversee construction craft and coordinate third party inspection requirements

Conduct safety meetings, prepare/verify permits, manage work site, and report progress to client’s key personnel

Verify trade and industry standards, code requirements, and company QA/QC procedures

Monitor OSHA/client safety regulations, and make recommendation to correct noncompliance

Maintain accurate documentation for Project Book throughout the project and submit upon project com-pletion

Advise of violations and non-conforming work and help identify and implement appropriate corrective action

Oversee the integrity of client facilities and equipment involved in the project

Participate as requested in project safety meetings

Make recommendations and assist with compliance by all employees and sub-contractor personnel of local and national regulatory requirements, ordinances, zoning regulations, and contract specifications

Communicate with all employees and sub-contractors the project’s compliance expectations
