Preparation, review and approval of documents about InspectionTest Plan of the project

%egular surveillance chec$ing at site to ensure thatall comments had appropriate

corrective action such as

# +erify the preservation requirements foranchor bolts during construction stage

# hec$ the physical condition of anchor boltsand leveling of foundations beforeerection of equipments

# hec$ preservation status of equipments atsite and storage area to ensure the

requirements of client and vendor are donesuch as rust prevention to equipment

especially offshore area, monitor thenitrogen purging requirements for vessels and

compressors, rotation ofshafting, oil filling and cleaning of equipments

# +erify all materials which required for indoorand outdoor storage

# !nsure to have a preservation log for all theequipments chec$ed and monitor daily 'wee$ly for easily trac$ing the status

# onfirm that all instruments used foralignment and leveling by subcontractor are

calibrated with stic$ers indicatedthe date of calibration and re#calibration

wor$s step by step to ensure that therequirements in the drawing and specification are

met and that all the wor$sare carried out in good wor$manship

Perform inspection with the vendor and clientrepresentative to demonstrate or showncompliance with the requirements duringfabrication and construction stage such as
