So that is a big difference between the Comedy and thriller, however, the Comedy had released the movies 1751 at that time, thriller just released 561, lesser a lot than Comedy, and the market share for thriller also lesser than Comedy. But, Comedy was cheap to make and the budget don’t need use a lot for it, it’s different for thriller.

However, in2013, the market share are more over than tickets sold, that is never happened during those 20 years, and the tickets sold in 2013 nearly none. I think, the reason might be is that in 2012, already too much thriller movies, so, the thriller films released lesser than before. And also, until now, 2013s just nearly over one month, so, thriller tickets sold will growth more and more during this year.

Before this film, another really famous movie called “The silence of the Lambs is the second one on the list, the sell out tickets are $130,742,9221,642, the date is in the 1991years, the studio was in the Orion and same with another film that is ‘Dressed to kill’ but this film not released in foreign, this might also is a good film, not enough market share to released this film, so, the total gross not really high.

After Titanic, the third one at list is the hunger game that the domestic box office was$408,010,692, and the international box office was$ 658,010,692, that is much more lesser than Titanic. But, the budget of both are need a lot, it’s different from horror thriller. Overall, the Tinatic and hunger both are great, the story and the character are more attractive for the audience, so, those are one of most successful film I been watched.

During those 20 years, the thriller of serial killer used quite successful been a while, the movies was released 55 and the total gross that is $165.1, so, not bad in that time. I had list top 10 of thriller serial killer, we can see the years on that picture, but, we found a question is that thriller of serial kill was famous in the past, and every great thriller serials killer was already long long ago between now.
