Job Opportunities Legal Assistant The legal assistant is responsible for assisting the legal department in the management of documents and corporate activities while also acting as a corporate resource to our internal clients.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in administrative duties of the department.
• Maintain thorough and accurate records.
• Manage corporate entities, minutes, reports and records.
• Migrate corporate contracts into management system.
• Assist with subpoena and document requests.
Qualifications:
A qualified applicant must possess a valid state driver’s license and have achieved a high school diploma or GED equivalent. A well-qualified applicant must have strong organizational and time management skills and be proficient in Microsoft applications. Relevant industry certifications are a plus. Experience in a law corporate setting is strongly preferred.
