OUC is proud to partner with the United States Tennis Association’s (USTA) National Campus in Lake Nona, which opened to the public in January. As the Official Sustainability & Utility Sponsor, OUC placed H₂OUC hydration stations and solar panels around the campus, as well as electric vehicle and mobile device charging stations. The $60 million, 64-acre complex – the largest tennis center in the nation – features more than 100 tennis courts and dozens of programs for players of all
ages and abilities – from the junior circuit to the pros. OUC remains committed to serve companies eager to bring business to Central Florida, ensuring steady job growth and economic prosperity for our community. We continue to take part in development at Lake Nona – already one of America’s fastest-growing areas and home to more than 10,000 residents, as well as the Medical City life sciences hub where nearly 7,000 students and 5,000 employees learn and work each day.

OUC wants customers to be vigilant about utility-related scams that attempt to gain your personal information. These scams can range from people acting as OUC employees and selling solar panels door-to-door to fraudulent phone calls requesting immediate payment for utility services with the threat of turning off service.
It's vital to be aware of these activities and understand that an OUC representative will NEVER request payment or ask for bank/credit card info over the phone. Also, OUC does NOT conduct door-to-door sales. Field technicians may knock on doors from time-to-time if access is needed to the right-of-way behind your home, and OUC employees and contractors are required to clearly identify themselves by wearing and displaying ID badges.
If you are contacted by phone, email or receive any other communication from someone claiming to be from OUC and requesting personal information, DO NOT respond in any manner. Please call law enforcement immediately if you suspect fraudulent activity.
Customers who doubt the legitimacy of a call or email – especially if payment is requested – should also contact OUC at [email protected] or 407-957-7373. For more on the various utility scams and ways to avoid them, visit ouc.com/scams.
