Open Presentation Select Insert Tab--Sound

File” Option

the music file Should be in the

same folder on your network as your presentation

Select PowerPoint Select your Music

file Click Open

You may want to reorder your music file so it starts first

Rewind Music

Select the Timing Tab

Check the “Rewind when done playing” option Replays song

Hiding thein the Presentation Choose Sound

Settings tab Display options Check the “Hide

sound icon during slide show

Click OK Save presentation

Clock appears Records each click Continue Clicking

through presentation Click Yes and SAVE if

timings are correct Click NO if not
