Instructions:1: Insert the university logo on the left and resize it for optimal fit within the white box (see also the instruction video here)2: Insert a university picture on the right. Using the crop function you make it an exact fit with the blue squared box.3: Do so for several universities at a time, each in a seperate slide4: Save the powerpoint presentation as .jpeg format. Each slide will be saved as a seperate picture file.5: Rename the files to correspond with the universities. Use the following format: dk-aarhus.jpg, au-brisbane.jpg etc8: Move the files into the public folder and link them from the AU GO database

Instructions:6: Open the public folder by pressing start in windows and then pressing run (kør) and type „\\10.200.4.199\ik$\iks-pics“7: Move the picture files into the public folder8: In AU GO you insert the link to the corresponding institution by typing http://okfweb1.asb.dk/iks-pics/ plus the file name, for example http://okfweb1.asb.dk/iks-pics/dk-Aarhus.jpg9: Check whether the picture is displayed correctly in AU GO.
