With use of proven technology, we can offer an innovative solution for every fire extinguishing challenge. High quality products and knowledge of current regulations make InnoVfoam your reliable and safe partner!

InnoVfoam B.V. Enterprise in foam firefighting innovations

InnoVfoam is specialised in designing and

manufacturing foam extinguishing systems

and is therefore unique in Europe. Whether

it concerns a foam proportioning system, a

high expansion foam installation or remo-

tely controlled fire monitors, the InnoVfoam

product line always offers a suitable solu-

tion.

With its products and services InnoVfoam

covers many fields in which fire safety is

essential including the petrochemical indus-

try, sprinkler technology, offshore, aviation,

marine, industrial fire trucks, waste inciner-

ator protection and storage of hazardous

substances (PGS-15). InnoVfoam, however,

offers a lot more than just products and

advice. In our new headquarters we can

demonstrate foam extinguishing systems

and we organise special trainings for your

company.

| Delivery, design and manufacturing of foam extinguishing systems | Unique in Europe |

PETROCHEMICAL INDUSTRY

Storing flammable liquids in tanks, transfer-

ring them from ships to trucks or to railway

lorries, further transportation and proces-

sing, all these activities involve high risk of

fire. Foam extinguishing systems are very

suitable for fighting this type of fire.

InnoVfoam has the know-how, hardware,

and materials for planning and designing

specific foam extinguishing systems for each

individual situation.

SPRINKLER TECHNOLOGY

For production systems and other risks sensi-

tive installations that are protected with

sprinkler systems, InnoVfoam offers foam

proportioning or application of high expan-

sion foam. Due to years of cooperation with

many sprinkler installers, InnoVfoam has de-

veloped excellent working relationships. Fur-

thermore InnoVfoam provides maintenance

and testing facilities of foam proportioning

systems according to the current rules and

regulations.

OFFSHORE

Helicopter landing platforms on oilrigs play

an essential role in the safety evacuation

plan. Adequate fire protection is therefore

crucial. InnoVfoam supplies the technology

to protect and maintain helicopter landing

platforms as required by regulations CAP

and ICAO.

| Knowledge of current regulations and requirements |

AVIATION

Fire protection of hangars and maintenance

buildings at airports is provided with foam

systems that blanket leaked aviation fuels.

Mostly conventional foam systems with

sprinklers and fire monitors are installed

here.

InnoVfoam can also supply foam proportio-

ning systems, remotely controlled fire moni-

tors and the so called pop-up rotating

nozzles. High expansion foam systems are

also available for these installations.

Preventing fires on hospital helidecks is

another specialty of InnoVfoam. It is best

accomplished with remotely controlled fire

monitors, or by installing circular foam

piping with flexi-nozzles.

MARINE

For fire protection at sea offshore tug boats

and lifeboats are equipped with foam fire-

fighting systems. For offshore tug boats

InnoVfoam can supply fire monitors that are

in accordance with the FiFi classification. The

boats in European harbors are equipped with

innovative extinguishing systems with central

proportioning and remotely controlled fire

monitors.

INDUSTRIAL FIRE TRUCKS

Fire trucks and mobile foam trailers that are

used for fighting petrochemical fires must be

equipped with foam proportioning equip-

ment producing foam that extinguishes a

burning liquid by blanketing it with foam.

InnoVfoam has the technical know-how and

can deliver the required hardware and sup-

plies in oder to equip a customer-built fire

truck with an efficient and reliable foam ex-

tinguishing system.

| Years of cooperation with internationally acknowledged manufacturers |

WASTE INCINERATOR PROTECTION

The bunkers in which garbage is stored at

waste incinerator plants are particularly

exposed to high fire risk. Therefore, it is

essential that a nascent fire in such a bunker

is detected at an early stage and that an

automatic procedure is in place to quell it.

InnoVfoam has the know-how and the equip-

ment to develop and manufacture custom

built fire protection concepts. We offer a

total solution of infrared technology with

which deeper fire sources are automatically

detected and extinguished.

WAREHOUSE PROTECTION

Warehouses storing hazardous materials

(also called PGS-15 halls) are quite often

equipped with foam extinguishing systems,

either with foam sprinkler systems, or with

high expansion foam systems. InnoVfoam has

all necessary technological and hardware

components available for both systems. High

expansion foam systems using outside air are

particularly suited for this application be-

cause of their fast and efficient performance

combined with relatively low water con-

sumption.

InnoVfoam has its own product line consisting of foam concentrates, foam makers, foam proportion-

ers and fire monitors. Furthermore, InnoVfoam has its own demonstration centre, service depart-

ment and laboratory to perform foam analyses.

SYSTEM DEMONSTRATIONS

During the design of the InnoVfoam premises the possibility of practical display and demonstration

facilities was taken into account. We have integrated into our building: various fire monitors,

helideck protection systems both rotating and pop-up nozzles, a tank foam generator, a medium

expansion foam system and a high expansion foam system. Furthermore, various foam proportion-

ing systems and Inbal valves can be demonstrated. In order to perform a Factory Acceptance Test

(FAT) a system with a pump capacity of 11,000 lpm is also integrated as one of the test facilities.

SEMINARS

Regularly InnoVfoam organizes seminars about firefighting foams and foam extinguishing systems in

the head office in Oudkarspel. The seminar aims to inform you about firefighting foams and related

materials and technologies. After the seminar you will be well informed about extinguishing foams

and the current regulations, techniques and system requirements. Besides we provide an education-

al and fun day with spectacular live demonstrations!

SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE

InnoVfoam has an experienced service department. Due to extensive

experience our service engineers can work on systems from various

manufacturers. The InnoVfoam service department is equipped with

all necessary equipment, spare parts and tools in order to execute all

maintenance work quickly and professionally.

LABORATORY

InnoVfoam has a completely equipped laboratory conform EN 1568 in

which all types of foam concentrate can be tested. Furthermore

InnoVfoam has a testing room for small scale fire tests according to

EN 1568.
