6. The Supervisor (Lead) takes ownership and starts the Work Order

7. Proceeding through Maximo Anywhere

• The Supervisor logs in to Maximo Anywhere

application on the tablet, he will get a list of all the

work orders under his ownership to be worked on.

• Supervisor opens the target work order to view the

details

• The details will include the type of the request, in

addition to the data needed to perform the task.

9. Electronic Signature by End User (Requester)

• After finalizing the work, and before completing

the work order, the supervisor will gather the

signatures of the concerned end users using the

tablets.

10. Completing the Work Order through Maximo Anywhere

• As a last step, the Supervisor will change the

Status of the Work Order to Complete on the

spot using Maximo Anywhere.

• Upon completion of the work order, the system

will update the Asset(s) corresponding fields

accordingly based on request, e.g. Location,

Custodian,…etc.
