Dawer Propack is a premier Flexible

Packaging converter, with its setup in Kundli,

Haryana. Incorporated in the year 2007 by a

team of young entrepreneurs having sound

expertise in field of plastic films extrusion,

printing and converting of flexible and

laminated products. We are equipped with

state-of-the art printing and lamination machines

and can offer you materials printed by both

Rotogravure and C.I. Flexo techniques.

We at Dawer Propack are focused on building a

world class facility encompassing various materials,

technologies, products and creating a dynamic team of

people, who can articulate the technologies to produce next

generation packing materials.

The wide range that

we are offering is used in different industries like food, oil

& lubricant, chemical, engineering, automobile,

pharmaceutical and many more. We are pioneers in the

development and manufacture of stand up pouches,

food packaging pouches, flexible packaging pouches,

cap seals, aluminum sealing wads, printed and

laminated HDPE woven bags, re-closable zipper bags,

roll stocks, retorting and various other similar forms. We

are able to formulate the laminate structures as per the

product packaging and shelf

life requirements. We are

also offering technical

advice for designing &

creation of finer quality

packaging films. Our Q.C.

department is manned by

qualified professionals

with a rich experience in

their field. We have an

array of Q.C. machines

/systems in place for both in process and post production

quality control to give quality assured products. The

company's vision is to offer materials of good quality and

consistently maintaining the standards.

We have an experienced team of operators who understand the intrinsic printing and lamination requirements in order to deliver high quality printed films/

laminates. The production is being carried out on high–end production machines equipped with the latest sophisticated control systems for assuring

quality outputs from all sections.

Our manufacturing plant at Kundli, just 20 km from NewDelhi, is in a built-up area of 25000 sq ft and is equippedwith latest machineries.

With a production capacity upwards of 1,000 metric tonsan year, we are in a position to supply high quality flexiblepackaging material in mono/ multilayer combination of:

The manufacturing is undertaken by us in conformation with the normslaid down for pollution control board. The disposal of solid waste (if any) isalso done by non-polluting methods.

All production inputs are non-hazardous for humans and are safe forutilization in our various manufacturing processes.

The materials used for production are not harmful to human beings as amajor portion of our products is used for food packaging. We are usingfood grade materials only.

We are keeping abreast with the latest norms as well as future cleantechnologies. We are in touch with Indian Institute of Packaging for latestdevelopments. We also consult with I.I.P. for our man power trainingrequirements.
