IBM Lotus LMSJest to kompleksowe oprogramowanie pozwalające na zarządzanie rozwiązaniami edukacyjnymi, zasobami, kursami, szkoleniami studentów ich danymi a także śledzeniem postępów.
Oprogramowanie firmy IBM jest elastycznym narzędziem pozwalającym na zróżnicowanie konfiguracji i tworzenie własnych ustawień interfejsów.
System cechuje duża skalowalność, a więc możliwość tworzenia platformy e-learningowej zarówno dla małych firm, jak też dla rozbudowanych organizacji.
