Innovative Healthcare Collaboration Jonathan A. Wiesman, Chief Innovation Officer
Years of working with CEO’s, CIO’s, CTO’s, etc. in Healthcare has given me an ability to know some of
the largest insurance, provider and hospital groups in the nation and be connected to hundreds of top level
executives. Cultural changes and evolution in Healthcare has created opportunities for executives like
me, who understand the perspective necessary, to step up with knowledge and experience. I continue to
advance my knowledge daily with conversations with innovative entrepreneurial entries into the evolving
Healthcare market. My passion is Healthcare and everything that touches the industry.
The Healthcare industry is going through massive innovation well beyond what we have seen in the past.
As mergers and acquisitions continue we are seeing predictive analytics serve Healthcare. It is my goal as
an Innovator in Healthcare with a deep passion and extensive experience to impact the overall costs and
efficiencies needed by providers, hospitals and insurance groups.
Presently, I am a leading Healthcare Specialist "harnessing technology to improve productivity". I
strategize with organizations to manage their technology and information through the implementation of
document management, conversion, SAAS, BPO and other workflow automation solutions. Healthcare
organizations are seeking ways to make information available to multiple and diverse users; by providing
significant cost savings, streamlined workflow processes, enhanced patient experience, improved
physician services, meeting regulatory requirements, protecting against litigation and eliminating time
wasted searching for misplaced files.
Previously,as Vice President for a Global Consulting Practice,my primary responsibility was to lead our
team in developing Mobile and Healthcare models using innovation whileimplementing solid industry
best practice standards such as SEI CMMI Level 5 and ISO 9001 to create value. Lean Six Sigma Black
Belt methodology also gave me insight in efficiencies that were necessary to lead organizations to better
use of their time.
My passion has always been to serve and make a difference working to develop solutions by my team that
fit the needs of the client by wearing many hats as a Regional Manager, National Manager, Vice President
and Healthcare Specialist. My friend, collaborator and well known CTO in Healthcare also shares these
values.
William (Buddy) Gillespie, Vice President & Chief Technology Officer WellSpan Health states:
“I have had the pleasure of knowing Jonathan since 2009. Since that time we have shared many
discussions regarding the landscape of technology in healthcare. Jonathan has a broad knowledge of
current trends in disruptive technologies coupled with a vision of where technology will be in 5 to 10
years. He dedicates his career to not just hearing about what is trending in technology but also
performing deep research on the subject as well. Each time we talk, I learn something new which I can
take forward as valuable knowledge in my own profession. In addition to his technical thirst, Jonathan is
a polished sales person and a real gentleman.”
