No complaints would typically arise as a result of humidity/desiccation etc. Sales and turnover per project would be 2-3 faster per year. Another important factor that is going to influence the construction business is the outcome of the Climate Change Conference in Paris in 2015, where new guidelines for Co2 and other emissions were established. It will become expensive to use environ- mentally hostile materials and that will have a huge importance for our C-element. The materials we are using are based on recycled inputs. By using our element combined with our LHP ventilation system we are able, in some cases, to achieve zero (0) in Co2-footprint There are no direct competitors to our product. Wood-based elements are in many ways another element (thickness, choice of material, weight, unstable, can't withstand moisture etc). It is obvious that someone would will try to copy our product in the long run. Our main protection in that aspect is the patented gluing process. The characteristics of our element is precisely due to this process of vacuum gluing. We suck out the air having a certain pressure during the drying of the glue. This is not possible by using another vacuum process. The existing competitors are found within the traditional element industry. Even though they might lower the pricing we have presumably lower production cost. A pricing war would turn out in our favor. A CHANGING WORLD

C-Element Norge AS A Part of York Green Energy Ltd.

The C-Modul Element is unique in many ways. The most unique feature with the product is that it can be used in many ways without changing the production process. It can function as finished outer and inner walls, the same only semi-finished, as element for cellar, floor or roof as finished partition walls or as floor dividers.

A 100 mm wall element achieves the same insulation, sound, fire and durability as a 300 mm element typically would and thereby results in an increase of usable space for sale, 25-30 m2 for a single family home.

The C-Modul element does not have any thermal bridges, contrary to normal elements. Completely non-toxic recycled materials are used in production.

The weight of the element is less than 50% of a wood-based element. The cost of production is around 50% of a wood-based element. Given the material used under its production, maintenance costs are reduced by 70-90%.

Innovative Construction Element

PROBLEM SOLVING

The C-module has been developed during the last 5 years. The C-module solves the following problems:

1) Thermal bridges/condensation in offshore and construction2) Construction time3) Quality4) Increase of usable space by 25-30m2 in a stan dard single family home5) Weight about 32 kg/m26) No need for external frame structures since the elements are self-supporting7) Noise, fire and ECO friendly8) Excellent emission values9) Offshore industry's new requirements on strength and fire safety are met

ADVANTAGES

York Green Energy's element division has developed a completely new kind of construction element for all kinds of construction. The element has been developed with the following point of departure;

1) Ecologic thinking2) Taking advantage of a homogeneous and hermetic 3uilding method4) Requirements for a rapid construction5) Prolonged life-cycle6) No need for heavy machinery at the construction site7) Self-supporting elements8) Multiuse

Our main group of customers are within the construc-tion industry and offshore companies, in terms of B2B concept. The problem offshore has been the high humidity and wear on the living quarter modules. With humidity comes damages by mold. In some cases the employees have even suffered sickness caused by this problem. When it comes to pipe insulation the challeng-es have been that the pipe end gets damaged by impact. All these problems are solved by our product. Other indirect customers are real estate companies, real estate start-ups and real estate managers.

Our product can be applied for new buildings, expan-sions on existing buildings or renovations and remodel-ing. For specialized construction, e.g. bacteria-free, impact resistance and other special requirements where our product is particularly well suitable.

Geographically we have primarily limited ourselves to the Nordic market, because we have received interests for the first years total annual production (300.000 m2). Thereafter, we will increase production based on demand from the Swedish, Danish and German markets. We have, in the above mentioned countries, received interested agents. Furthermore, cooperating partners from Asia have been in touch to explore opportunities regarding production licensing.

Our C-Element which is unique at nearly all aspects and is assembled of components of which some are patented, is sustainable GREEN thinking. C-Element is lighter, thinner, stronger, better insulated on both audio and cold as well as heat and not least it doesn't need a supporting structure, is in principle self-supported.
