INNOVATIVE AV SOLUTION FOR ENTERPRISE MULTI-PURPOSE ROOM

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This is about our project handled by AVS team who successfully enhanced the existing Audio Visual System of our client who is a renowned India based telecom operator. Our team has made a customized solution as per prerequisite of the client and had successfully completed the project within the said time limit.

THE CLIENT

Our client is one of the largest of the country based in New Delhi. It also has indexed its capabilities across 20 other countries including South Asia and Africa. It is a comprehensive service provider of GSM, 3G, 4G LTE and VOLTE mobile, fixed line broadband and voice services. It has more than 429 subscribers all across the world. It is looking to roll out Volte technology all over the country and has already rolled out in eight circles including Maharashtra, Mumbai, Goa, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana, Kolkata, Odisha, Tamilnadu and Kerala. It is attributed to outsourcing most of its business operations excluding marketing, finance and sales.

THE CHALLENGES

With advancement in technology, client was also looking forward to enhance its existing infrastructure of Audio Video System. They wanted to upgrade the place where they can call meeting, collaborate, and discuss with local as well as remote personnel quickly and seamlessly. Basically, the requirement was to build a well versed room equipped with state of the art Audio Visual Technology and System with the sitting capacity of 100 persons. The place at the corporate office of the client is usually used by the senior management for various appli-cations such as important meetings, training, town halls and so on.

The room was equipped with the various Audio Visual Equipment but was lagging behind with the advancement in technology and some of them were running out of the system. So the entire room needed to be replaced with the state of the art technology to cope up with the growing needs of the client and with latest technology. It needed to be upgraded in order to establish quick and smooth connection with multiple locations simultaneously, while making the entire system user friendly.

THE SOLUTION

The room which needed to be upgraded in terms of latest technology has ability to hold 100 people at a time all in a semi circular arrangement. The challenge was to install every single equipment so that everybody whosoever were sitting at any of these seats or collaborating from remote places can collaborate easily and effectively without anycommunication gap just because of low grade AV System. That’s why our solution included everything from sound system to microphones, Cameras to display and so on.

HIGHLIGHTS OF OUR PROVIDED SOLUTION

Seamless Connectivity for Local to Remote ParticipantConnectivity to laptop was provided to seats on the stage and front rows along with goose neck and wireless microphones.

Perfectly placed displayMultiple Displays were placed, so that every participant whether far end or near end can view without any distraction. For this two 86" 4K Displays were placed at either side of the room in the front, two 65" FHD Displays were placed in the back and one 86’ Display in the center of the room.

Speakers and noise free outputsSpeakers were installed at front tower and at ceiling which would take care of both sound reinforcement and audio from video conference and DTH systems integrated through DSP’s that will generate a noise free output.

Amazing VC system for multiple remote locationsAdditional cameras were installed for Video conferencing system to get connected to the MCU present at various locations.

Cameras for live streaming Additional high end Sony cameras were provided to capture images for live streaming.

Wired and wireless panelsAll functions can be controlled from both wired and wireless touch panels.

THE ACHIEVEMENT

The solution provided is based on the requirement of the client based on current available technology in order not only to simplify the work but to invoke quality in how they were doing their job. Every equipment is up to the excellence in its line of action and we intended that whatever we will deliver should be up to the mark of excellence. The solution provided was to support 4k@ 60 Hz at 4:4:4 sampling rate to take care of any needs of the clients in future.
