Case: Housing Fair building plot presentation and

reservation channel

Developers: City of Mikkeli, Esri Finland

City of Mikkeli will host a Housing Fair in 2017

Challenge in January 2015:

• They have to attract house builders to buy building plots from

the Housing Fair area

• They did not have a high budget for the infosystem nor had

time to acquire such system

• The Detailed plan gained legal force in the beginning of March

Esri’s response in January:

• Rapid ArcGIS Online configuration with customer involved

and trained to manage content and tune the application
