Calmark Torque Limiting Card-Loks – EASY TO FIx

Calmark Torque Limiting Card-Lok Series 223 is designed for maximum performance as an antivibration device and thermal pathway for conduction cooled modules. This Card-Lok does not require a torque wrench for safe operation.

■ Built in ratchet mechanism which disengages as soon as correct clamping force is met

■ Requires only a standard 3/32" or M3 hex drive for locking and unlocking

■ Industry leading clamping force in excess of 1200 N per Card-Lok

■ Internal alignment springs allow Card-Loks to be used in tight tolerance chassis

■ Prevents damage to PCB module due to accidental over torqueing

■ Enhances Two Level Maintenance feature of the PCB module

■ Integrates with Schroff VPX clamshells and conduction cooled chassis
