GHT recognized early on that in order to handle large radiators safely and cost effectively we had to custom design our facili-ties. With that in mind we have custom built many of our rebuild facilities across North America specially to handle rebuilds safely, quickly and in volume. In 2011 we designed and built a custom rebuild center in the heart of the Marcellus play. We then opened North America's Largest Radiator Rebuild Center in February of 2012 in Houston. And in August of 2013 in Edmonton, Alberta we opened Canada's largest Frac Radiator Rebuild Center designed to specifically handle the Canadian market's needs. Combined with our other existing facilities across North America GHT offers the most extensive and comprehensive coverage of anybody in our industry. We can handle the biggest, most complex radiators you have and safely turn them around quicker than anybody while backing it with a North American warranty.

We engineer and design complete cooling systems designed specifically for the Frac Industry. We know what it takes to build a high quality, long lasting and low maintenance radiator because we do it everyday. We have over 15 design engineers on staff that can help you troubleshoot problems and then help you engineer solutions that will work the first time. We also can reverse engineer our competitors core styles and offer a similar or improved efficiency option should that be required. All this backed by our engineering and design department.

FACTORY DIRECT PRICINGAlmost all local radiator repair shops have to buy parts from a manufac-turer like GHT and charge you a markup to do so. When dealing with GHT you’re dealing factory direct which allows you to reduce your costs by eliminating that markup. GHT can provide you with OEM parts for a fraction of the price your local radiator repair shop charges because we are the manufacturer.

EXTENSIVE SPARE PART INVENTORY

GHT stocks many long lead-time components such as radiator cores, lube oil coolers, hydraulic oil coolers, transmission oil coolers, fans and bearings across North America in support of our manufactured product. Radiator repairs shops are simply unable to match our inventory commitment as they do not have the scale or leverage that a manufacturer like GHT has. With GHT's vast engineering department we can also reverse engineer many heat exchangers from other vendors and have a replacement unit available in inventory. Conditions may apply based on popularity, volume and/or customer commitments.

GHT recognizes that having reliability and consistency across a fleet is important to our customers. GHT has 8 North American locations that are strategically located throughout key oilfields. Each location follows strict policies and procedures to ensure that you get a quality and consistent experience regardless of what facility you deal with. Part of that procedure involves the completion of the radiator industries first Service Report. Designed by GHT to give the customer the information they want and need our Service Report is just one way we aim to be consistent across North America. The Service Report includes a Pre Inspection Assessment of your unit where we go through and identify what we recommend needs to be done.

Based upon the recommended service a quotation is issued where you have the chance to tell us what you want done to your unit. TRACK MAINTENANCE HISTORYTracking assets is difficult to do. Tracking the service history of those assets can be even more difficult. GHT helps OE's track both their radiators and the history of their radiators through the introduction of the radiator industry's first Online Service Center. Designed to be user friendly and give maintenance managers the infor-mation they need the Online Service Center is available 24 Hours a Day, 7 Days a Week regardless of location. Each time a radiator comes into a GHT Service Center the radiator is issued a GHT Serial Number which goes into our Online Service Center. In the Service Center maintenance managers can lookup Historical.
