Why Blackboard at the FAA?

• Cost savings in era of tight budgets• Blackboard offers a continuous, flexible

learning experience – Existing FAA tools (eLMS, SharePoint) offer self-

paced learning

• FAA approach is to have Blackboard supplement these tools to provide an enhanced learning experience
