The Transition Specialist

Initor is mainly known because of its customized systems and processes based on the need of client and its nature of business. We have a dedicated team for transition to define & design the best suited systems and processes to the business and structure of the client. Our transition expert/(s) stay for at least 3 to 4 weeks at client’s place with the following objectives to achieve.

Understand the business and structure of client. Design the best suitable systems and processes for client. Identify and prepare the best technology platform for both the

organizations. Educate the personnel at client’s place and team at Initor with the new

systems. Ensure the smoothest and best transition from client’s existing process

and system to the new designed system. Define the Service Level Agreement. Define the best suitable Turn-around Time for each task. Define communication protocols between both the organizations. Ensure the best execution of Service Level Agreement. Ensure the best execution of all systems and processes by getting work

done on live accounting through team at Initor.

Operational Models

Server BasedAccording to this model, the clients upload their input data on to a secure FTP server located either in India or outside India. Initor professionals access the data, download it and work on it. Final work is uploaded back on to the FTP server.

Email BasedClients send us all their documents over email; we download them at our end, work on them and send the finalized documents back to the clients by email.

Remote Access BasedWe access the data on client computer using a remote desktop access service such as Secure VPN. Work is done by our team on client computers.
