Initial Registration with PDE

Application for Emergency Permit

After receiving your confirmation email, you may log in to the PDE

site to request your emergency permit.

After clicking “Log In” you will be taken to a login screen. Enter your

Username (User ID) and password. You should then be automatically

returned to the main PDE page. It may be necessary to refresh/reload

the page if you get a blank screen or if service times out.

The first time you access TIMS, you must complete your profile screens.

Be sure to indicate your Citizenship Status!

Read and click the appropriate response to each question. Be sure to click

the Affidavit box before clicking the “Next” button.
