Jackie.Thereportalsofound thattwo inthreechildrenagedbetweenfiveand16,and77
per centof children aged11 to16,have theirown televisionorpersonal computer and,
despitefearsaboutonlinesafety,almosthalfhaveinternetaccessintheirownroom.

THECITYOFNORWICH
Norwich,thecapitalofthepartofBritainknownasEastAnglia,hasexistedasaplacetolive
for more than two thousand years. Today, in comparison with places like London or
Manchester,Norwich isquitesmall,withapopulationofaround150,000,but in the16th
centuryNorwichwasthesecondcityofEngland.Itcontinuedtogrowforthenext300years

In 1964 theUniversityof EastAngliawasbuilt inNorwich.With its fast growing student
