Operation It supports business processes related to production planning and plant operation monitoring. It allows plant incidents tracking, service request generation and communication to maintenance management system, power plant availability management and support for shift handover. Communicates the plants with their respective Generation Desks to coordinate scheduled stops and production planning and informs to the System Operator about periods of lack of production.

Logbook used in control rooms to register the main operation activities and events. Connection with real-time systems for automatic registration of events and incidents.

Maintenance InGEN provides support to the Maintenance management processes and activities at the plants. It covers the whole management of the corrective and preventive works, basing the maintenance plan not only in periodical criteria, but in operational conditions, like counters provided by the real time System. It includes the assets management, during the whole life cycle, tracking the maintenance costs per asset, monitoring relevant parameters, and establishing typified alarms with mitigation procedures.

Fuels InGEN supports the whole process for the fuel management covering trading (contracts, orders and nominations) and supply chain management. Environmental Through the connection with the real-time system , it allows the control of the emissions generated, and establishes alarms levels that facilitates the control of the pollutants released to the atmosphere It has configurable calculation tools that enable advanced calculations used for the calculation of greenhouse gases emissions. It covers the Waste Management (storage in plant and tracking of the wastes until its destruction or revaluation)
