ENG Exploitation Plan
Integration of ETICS system in Spago4Q and adoptionof the ETICS software for internal use
• Reduce costs and improve quality of the software• a company-owned infrastructure for building, testing and
quality verification would bring a total reduction of 50% of initial testing costs and an increase of the overall quality of the projects
• as an ISO and CMMI level 3 certified firm ENG is highly interested in the quality assurance monitoring aspects
• The integration ETICS/Spago4Q would contribute to the consolidation of Spago4Q one of Engineering open source products for the quality verification of processes and products

ENG Potential Internal Customers
• Directors and Head of production unitsThey are interested in:
• Having a satisfied customer• Delivering a high quality product• Access high level info
(Not interested in what kind of tool but in data)• Project Managers
They are interested in:• Simplifying their work • Monitoring costs (hardware, personnel etc.)
(Reluctant in using a tool they haven’t chosen)• Developers
They are interested in:• Performance• An easy to use tool
(Reluctant in changing the old tools for new ones)
