InfoSec Reminder Immediate Supervisors are reminded that accounts should be requested for DEACTIVATION in the following instances: a. Job Rotation/Re-assignment of Registered User/User account owner within office/department which no longer requires him/her to access the application; b. Overtime service of Registered User/User account owner is No longer necessary; and, c. Registered User/User account owner who has incurred more than one month leave of absence, AWOL or any similar reasons Office Order #0097 s-2013
